Sad and Happy news

We knew this day would come, the day we would have to move from our fertility institute to an ob/gyn, but this parting was even sadder--after 30 years the P fertility institute is closing. Our doctor might stay in practice but she is on the older side so she probably will retire, she recommended we go with her partner--wherever she will be practising when we are ready for baby # 2. So, we now have to schedule an appointment with an ob/gyn to take over E's prenatal care and also arrange for the storage of the 2 vials of our little swimmers that were at the institute. I love our doctor now and would have loved if she did E's prenatal care (which would not be the case even if the institute was not closing down) and was our doctor next year when we go back for gaby 2 but that will not be.
The good news is that baby is fine, we saw him, saw his heart beat, he/she is 12mm and all is good. E got a prescription for the nausea which has not eased up and since she has not been able to keep her vitamins down we will have to get her a subsitute that has just folic acid. So that was our day, we said goodbye and are moving into a sorta new chapter of this pregnancy.
