This planned pregnancy

Lets get the numbers out of the way estrogen 222, LH 7.8 and progesterone 0.9. Getting there, not quite there. E was frustrated, understandably, she does not like giving blood and is petrified of needles. They have stuck both hands, so it's back to hand 1 for more blood, and unlike today which was just a blood draw, tomorrow it's the blood draw and ultrasound. I feel slowly but surely we'll get there, but the wait is frustrating and E is worried that they will miss her ovulation again. It has been almost impossible however to find out what the exact expected Hormone levels are during ovulation, every lab has different values I expect. Something to get answered on our next doctor visit. With all this planning and the misses, makes me wonder about accidental pregnancies, how do they do it?
